Carrie Jane Bray

Carrie Jane Bray, age 63, of Grafton passed away Sunday, June 5, 2016 at Grafton City Hospital with her family by her side. She was born November 15, 1952, in Bridgeport, a daughter of the late Theodore Thompson and Ercie Shahan Thompson McCloy.
Carrie graduated from Bridgeport High School. She loved to collect Dolls and Frogs and watch John Wayne Movies. And enjoyed being with her family.
She is survived by four children, Ruby Hardy and fiancé Danny Dalton, Webster, Dale Bray, Grafton, James Bray and wife Jaime, Shinnston, and Emmy Cook and fiancé John Edwards, Grafton. Nine grandchildren, four great grandchildren. Three sisters, Sandy Bray and husband Charlie, Flemington, Linda Rutherford and husband John, Grafton, Martha Thompson, Grafton, three brothers; Barry Thompson, Mt. Clare and wife Helen, Johnny Thompson and wife Rhonda, Rosemont, and Pastor Jimmy Thompson and wife Ruth Ellen, Rosemont. And several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother; Floyd Thompson.
Friends will be received at Bartlett Funeral Home, 202 McGraw Ave. Grafton on Thursday, June 9, 2016, 3:00PM. To 7:00PM. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 9, 2016 at Bartlett Funeral Home .with Pastor Jimmy Thompson officiating
