Our mother, Barbara Beverlin Clokey, passed away on January 23,2023. Nancy Bartlett along with the staff from Bartletts Funeral were so helpful and did a remarkable job. My mother passed away on a Monday evening in Maryland and Bartlett Funeral Home came the very next day to take her back to West Virginia for burial. She was born and raised in Grafton and her wishes were to be buried with her parents in the Bluemont Cemetery. Bartlett Funeral Home helped me make this possible in a short time and everything went so smoothly. Thank you so much for the beautiful service and the kindness you showed my family through our loss.

They did a phenomenal job making everyone comfortable while going through such a difficult time. The new dinning area makes it so nice. I can't say enough about how beautiful the service was. The new layout is wonderful. Loved the photos. The beautiful Blanket. Just a beautiful Job.

David and the staff went above and beyond in getting all the paperwork done, taking care of my son's cremation, and sending me his ashes. Everything that could go wrong did ( no fault of David's) and it was even more stressful than the basic loss. David was instrumental in helping me keep my sanity and get my son put to rest. The online obituary was so perfectly personalized that it took my breath away. What a beautiful tribute to my wonderful son. I am forever grateful. I highly recommend David to be trusted with the care of your loved ones.

It's hard to imagine living in a world without our parents and no one can prepare us for the lost and loneliness that comes along with that lost. Our parents are our safety net and they are a warm place in our heart. Please accept my condolences. With all my love your sister-in-law and aunt Margaret.

Extremely pleased with Nancy Bartlett and the staff at Bartlett's Funeral home for the care and support they provided our family during the most difficult time of planning Delores Spence funeral. On a very short notice, they had to bring her body from another state to West Virginia. They kept us notified of every step of the procedure. Nancy checked on how we were doing and provided support throughout the whole process. Our Mother was very beautifully presented. From beginning to end everything flowed smoothly. We can not put into words how much we appreciate Nancy and all she did for us.
