To the family I would like to extend my condolences. Rick was a great example of what a friend should be. He would give anyone who asked anything within his means. Rick was one of the best landlords a person could have. The Isner family will be forever grateful that you allowed us to be your tenants. Tell my dad and Margaret that we say hello and we love and miss you all! Rick may you RIP until we meet again.
