My mom, Ruby Rigney , from Scott Depot, West Virginia , and the sister of Linda's Father , Junior Bucklew , want to take this time and offer her condolences to Tom and her loving family . Linda was a loving , caring , and compassionate person. She will be greatly missed , but we know she is in a better place free from pain and suffering. Someday we will all be reunited with her. Her thoughts and prayers are with each of you during this time of your loss.
