As a friend of the family, I would stop and visit. On one visit, Dana went to his garden and brought me some of his potatoes. He was very proud of those taters. I was honored he shared with me. That was Dana, he shared, loved and thought of others. He will be sadly missed. My sincere condolences to Carl, Elladean and family.
