Zerrick Russell Taylor

Zerrick Russell Taylor, 51, of Canton, formerly of Webster, passed away on Sunday, December 20, 2020.  Zerrick was born in Canton, OH, March 3, 1969, son of the late Russell Lee and Gretchen Myrtle Mayle Taylor. Zerrick loved hunting and watching dirt track racing. He loved spending time with his family and spoiling his granddaughter Emerie Grace. He was so loved and known to many as “Big Z”. He put his family and friends first. If he loved you, you knew it. He was a gentle giant, who always shared a smile. Even though his life was short, he touched so many. Zerrick is survived by his beloved soulmate of thirty-four years, Tammy Mayle, Grafton; two children, Shane Anthony Mayle and wife Katey Mayle, Grafton, Courtney Watkins and husband Corey Watkins, Webster, one granddaughter, the light of his world and his “Monkey Butt” Emerie Grace Watkins; one brother, Tani Taylor and wife Emma Taylor, Canton, OH; two sisters, Victoria Taylor, Canton, Ohio, Anestasgia Taylor, Canton OH, a special niece Shawna Taylor, one nephew Seth Taylor (Brittany Taylor), and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and lots friends. The family would like to extend a special thank you and blessings to Grafton City Hospital and UHC Critical Care Unit for all the love and care. Bartlett Funeral Home and Crematory is handling the cremation for the Taylor family.
