William "Bill" Edward Wininger, Sr.

William “Bill” Edward Wininger, Sr., 87 of Oakland, MD.  formerly of Grafton, passed away on February 2, 2024 at the Garrett Regional Medical Center, Oakland, MD. He was born in Bridgeport, WV on August 23, 1936, a son of the late Willis E. and Edith McNeff Wininger, Sr.  

Bill is survived by his family that loved him dearly.

He retired from Monumental Life Ins. Company in 2005, formerly Peoples Life Ins. Company. He owned Central Construction Co. in Grafton, WV for several years. Bill attended Bridgeport School and graduated from Buckhannon Upshur High School.

A private graveside service will be held at the Grandview Memorial Gardens in Fairmont with Rev. Mark Miller officiating.
