Obituary
Timothy Michael Rowand, 61 of Grafton passed away peacefully at home after a brief battle with cancer on Tuesday, April 4, 2023. He was born on December 6, 1961 in Grafton, son of the late Andrew and Rita Jean Miller Rowand.
Tim was a graduate of Grafton High School, Class of 1980, and worked many years as a contractor for the FBI. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Grafton. He was an avid Notre Dame and West Virginia University Sports fan. He enjoyed relaxing along the riverbed while fishing. Tim loved the time spent with his friends and family and treasured the special times and memories they made together.
Tim is survived by his two daughters, Emily Muller (Chris), and Abby McClanahan (Tyler), three grandchildren, Brink, Hollis, and Hattie, one brother, Mark Rowand, one sister, Crystal Garrett (Bryan), several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of Tim’s Life will be held at the First Baptist Church of Grafton, Sunday, April 16, 2023 at 2:00PM With Pastor Orville Wright officiating.
