Timmy Lee Myers

Timmy Lee Myers, 64 of Grafton passed away Friday, June 16, 2023 at United Hospital Center in Bridgeport, with his loving family by his side. He was born in Grafton on September 16, 1958, son of the late Leonard and Shirley Haddix Myers. Timmy is survived by his wife Karen Poling Myers whom he married March 29, 1979, spending more than forty-four years together.

Timmy was a truck driver for many years and enjoyed taking them over the road trips seeing new places and meeting lots of people. He was a real outdoorsman, going to the many different rivers and streams fishing. He enjoyed going hunting that trophy deer each year. Timmy loved the time he spent with his children but especially loved the time he spent with each of his grandchildren making many special memories with each of them. He will be greatly missed by each of them and all who knew him.

Timmy is survived by three children, Misty Jones (Jason), Matt Myers (Sabrena), and Timothy Myers (Kelly) six grandchildren, Jared, Amber, Braelynn, Kendall, Ava, and Harper, two brothers, Gary Myers (Donna), and Ronald Myers.

In addition to his parents Timmy was preceded in death by one sister, Carolyn Fornash, one brother, Leonard Wayne Myers, two nephews, Justin Myers and Josh Myers.

Friends and family will be received at Bartlett Funeral Home, 202 McGraw Ave., on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 from 10:00 AM until the hour of the funeral at 1:00PM with Pastor Jimmy Johnson officiating.
