Thomas Joseph Harrigan

Thomas Joseph Harrigan, 81 of Kearneysville, WV passed away on Friday, June 9, 2023 at Rosewood Center. He was born in Washington, DC, son of the late William Joseph and Juanita Wilkinson Harrigan. He served his country in the United States Army.  He was a retired Bar Owner and had the best job in the world.  He is survived by several nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four sisters, Ann Harrigan, Margaret Ethel Bubb, Mary Sullivan, and Willie Jo Koemer; two brothers, George Peter Harrigan and Patrick Harrigan.  Private services will be determined at a later date.
