Tammy Renee Hilton

Tammy Renee Hilton, 49 of Grafton passed away on Tuesday, June 8, 2021, at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburg, PA, Tuesday, June 8, 2021, daughter of the late Jerry Ray Hilton, and is survived by her mother, Martha Berger Holden and step father David Holden, Sandoval, IL.

Tammy graduated from Sandoval High School and went on to college. She worked at Gabriel Brothers for many years and enjoyed meeting new friends. She really liked doing crafts, going to yard sales and flea markets. She enjoyed doing taxes during tax season. She loved her family and friends and her greatest joy was the time she spent with each of them.

Tammy is survived by her Fiance’ Steven Hayes, Grafton, four children, Tyler Giovacchini (Svannah), GA, Frank Caraker, IL, Michael Hayes, Grafton, Hayley Hayes, IL, two step children, Adam Hayes, of Grafton and Amber Kauffelt, of Bridgeport; four grandchildren, Mira Deadmond, Logan Giovacchini, Elijah Giovacchini, and Ethen Hayes; three sisters, Susan Boerner (Mike), Anita Hilton (Faron), Adelle Bradley, two brothers, Jerry Hilton(Sara), Steven Hilton, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Friends may call for visitation and to share memories at Bartlett Funeral Home, 202 McGraw Ave. Saturday June 12, 2021 from 10:00 AM -12:00 PM.
