Obituary
Stephen Michael Reed “Mike”, 64, of Morgantown, WV passed away unexpectedly on March 30, 2023. He was born in Rochester, Pennsylvania on May 19, 1958, Son of Marlene “Yvonne” Harlow, Morgantown, and the late Dr. William Gene Harlow.
Mike was employed by Forquer Contracting as the Safety Supervisor. He enjoyed attending auctions and refurbishing antiques with his wife, was an avid boater, was passionate about spending time on the lake with his family and friends, especially Tygart Lake. He enjoyed attending dirt track races, NASCAR races and stock car races with his daughter. Mike was a devoted son, husband, father and Pop Pop. He cherished the title of Pop Pop.
Mike is survived by his wife of 34 years, Twila of Morgantown WV; his daughters, Megan Loughery and spouse Chuckie of Pentress, WV, Stephanie Milliron and beloved granddaughter, Savannah Milliron of Morgantown, WV, and his faithful fur companions Tilly, Mater, Sally and Ripper. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Dewey and Rose Mary Shaffer.
