Shelly Renee Newbraugh-Maphis

Shelly Renee Newbraugh-Maphis, 34 of Grafton passed away, Monday, October 19, 2020 at J.W. Ruby   Memorial Hospital, Morgantown. She was born in Winchester, VA. December  6, 1985. She is survived by her parents, William E. and Brenda Pratt Newbraugh.

Shelly was a very outgoing person and loved to be with her friends and spending time making memories with her children and family. She loved cooking, doing crafts and going to Myrtle Beach.

She is survived by two children, Damien W. Reseter and Logan C. Maphis, one brother Jason Newbraugh, Grafton, Maternal Grandfather, Donald Pratt, one step-sister, Tiffany Smith, step-mother, Patty Newbraugh.

She was preceded in death by her Maternal Grandmother, Freda Pratt.

Friends may call at Bartlett Funeral Home 202 McGraw Ave. Grafton, WV, on Thursday, October 22, 2020 from 4:00PM until the funeral hour at 6:00PM with Pastor Mike Delligatti officiating.  With proper distancing and face mask preferred.
