Rosalie “Lee Lee” Ann Ewers, 72 of Grafton, passed away on Tuesday, November 1, 2022 at Grafton City Hospital with her loving family by her side. She was born November 6, 1949 in Indiana PA., daughter of the late Bruce H. and Doris Jenkins Corio. Rosalie is survived by her husband Charles “Chuck” Ewers, they were married on August 31, 1968 spending more than fifty-four years together.
Rosalie graduated from Grafton High School, Class of 1967. She worked many years in the office at the Taylor County Medical Center and was a lifelong member of the St Augustine Catholic Church. Rosalie enjoyed going camping, boating at Tygart Lake and riding with her husband on their Harley. She loved her family and spending time with each of them always making memories to share with each other. Rosalie will be greatly missed by her family and all who knew her.
In addition to her husband Rosalie is survived by two children, Rex Allen Ewers and his wife Shannon, Martinsburg, and Penny Sue McKinnon, Jacksonville, FL., one sister Marie Cunningham, two brothers, Robert “Bob” Corio, and John Corio and his wife Syble, all of Grafton, three grandchildren; Jake, Bill and Tyler, a special niece Abbie, several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received at the St Augustine Catholic Church, 17 W. Washington St, Grafton on Saturday, November 5, 2022 from 10:00AM until the hour of the Mass of Christian Burial Service at 11:00AM with Father Babu Joseph officiating. Interment will follow at Woodsdale Memorial Gardens.
