Robert “Willie” Frederick Hicks, 63 of Morgantown passed away on Thursday July 18, 2019. He was born September 20, 1955 in Great Lakes, IL, son of Sylvia Fuller of Grafton. He graduated from Grafton High School Class of 1972, where he played football and was in the band. He was an avid golfer. Willie worked at the St Regis Box Factory and the WVU Day Care Center. In addition to his mother, he is survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins. Bartlett Funeral Home and Crematory will handle the Cremation for the Fuller/Hicks family.
