Rickey Lee McCourt

Rickey Lee McCourt 61 of Grafton passed away Sunday, January 19, 2020. He was born July 18, 1958 in Ravenna Ohio, the son of the late Arthur Lee and Betty June McCourt.

Rickey was an automobile mechanic and auto body painter. He enjoyed tinkering with cars and riding Harley’s. In his younger years he enjoyed fishing and camping.

Rickey is survived by a son Zachery McCourt of Morgantown and a daughter Ashley and husband Jamie Oldaker of Fort Benning GA. Eight grandchildren, Olexa Poling, NC., McKenzie and Konner McCourt, Morgantown, Vanessa Kidd, Grafton, Olivia Robinson, Logan, Ashlynn, and Rian Oldaker, Fort Benning, GA., one great grandson, Aiden Poling, NC., one sister, Constance and husband Beryl Riley, Grafton, one brother-in-law, Cecil Knight Jr., Grafton. Several aunts, uncles, nephews and nieces, He is also survived by a special friend LuAnn Woodyard and her family as well as Rickey’s side kick his dog Cagney.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by one sister, Karen Knight.

 Rickey’s wish was to be cremated, Graveside services will be held at a later date.
