Reba Sue Biggins, 87 of Grafton passed away on Monday, August 4, 2025 at Rosewood Nursing Home, Grafton, WV, she was born in Richwood, WV., January 22, 1938, daughter of the late L.G. and Dorothy Virginia Gilmore Roach. Reba was preceded in death by her husband William Clarence Biggins in 1998.
Reba was a graduate of Grafton High School, Class of 1955. She worked as an operator for C&P Telephone, a bookkeeper for JCPenney and Sears, and later retired from Verizon. A devoted member of the First Baptist Church, Reba was actively involved in her community. She belonged to the Women’s Club, B&O Auxiliary, Tygart Lake Foundation, Taylor County Historical Society, and the Photo Club. Reba enjoyed painting and traveling, always eager to see new places. She cherished time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Reba is survived by five children, Pamela Sue Mike, William C. Biggins, Jr. (Regina), Kathleen Rose Jones (Richard), Ernest Randall “Randy” Biggins( Rosie), and Holly Ann Hill; eight grandchildren, Andrew Joshua, David “Shawn,” Kali Beth, Bryce Patrick, Hailey Star, Daniel David, Savannah Lauren, and Alyson Presley; several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband Reba was preceded death by one grandson, Ryan Chase Cox; one brother and sister-in-law; Ernest Graydon and Willa Dean Roach.
Family and friends will be received at Bartlett Funeral Home, 202 McGraw Ave., Grafton on Thursday, August 7, 2025 from 3:00PM to 7:00PM, and on Friday, August 8, 2025 from 9:00AM until 11:00AM the hour of the funeral with Pastor Orville Wright officiating.
