Peter John Grinnan

Peter John Grinnan 60 of Grafton, passed away at United Hospital Center in Bridgeport on Tuesday August 5, 2025. He was born on December 9, 1964 in Grafton, son of the Helen P. Johnson Grinnan and the late Lawrence Edward Grinnan.

Peter enjoyed the outdoors throughout his life. He worked many years in construction and as a heavy equipment operator. Proud to be part of a large family, he cherished the time spent with loved ones. Above all, his greatest joy was his son.

In addition to his mother, Peter is survived by one son, Julian Grinnan; one sister, Sally Blair (Doug), five brothers, Ben Grinnan, Phil Grinnan, Andy Grinnan (Debbie), Steve Grinnan, and Larry Grinnan; wife, Julia Norma Grinnan; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In addition to his father, Peter is preceded in death by two brothers, James Grinnan and Danny Grinnan.
