He was born in Harrison County, WV., December 31, 1949 son of the late Gerald V. and Emma Harden Allman, He is survived by his children, Robert Allman, Bridgeport, WV, Paul Thomas Allman II, Grafton, Katy Gould and Curtis, Clarksburg; grandchildren, Noah Allman, Shane Gould, Molli Gould, and Ian Gould.
