Pansy Elaine "Peppy" Mauller

Pansy “Peppy” Elaine Mauller, 78 of Grafton passed away on Saturday, January 4, 2025 at Mon General Hospital, Morgantown with her loving family by her side. She was born August 24, 1946 in Grafton, daughter of the late Isaac Berlyn and Hallie M. Blake Poling. Elaine is survived by her loving husband, Thomas Wesley Mauller.

Elaine was a graduate of Grafton High School, Class of 1964. She worked many years as a Deli/Bakery manager at Foodland and Warehouse Grocery before retiring from Gabriel Brothers Warehouse in the early 2000’s. Elaine was an avid sports fan and an all sports mother volunteer for many years. Elaine loved spending time with her family watching sports and going on different outings with family and friends. Her grandchildren were the light of her life and she cherished every minute she spent with them.

In addition to her husband Elanie, is survived by one son, Joseph Berlyn  Mauller; one stepdaughter, Lisa Simon of (Maryland); a bonus daughter, Christina Simmons, of Philippi; seven grandchildren, Chelsea Mauller, A. J. Mauller, Anthony Simon (Crystal), Alyssa Messick (Keith); Nikolette Mercer (Brent), David Murphy and Vincent Murphy; four great grandchildren, Julian, Finnley, Destiny, and Emery;  several nieces and nephews.

Elaine was preceded in death by one stepson, Anthony Mauller; four sisters, Nancy Sapp, Martha “Mickie” Slaton, Barbara “Bobbie” Alexander, and Callie “Janie” Austin; three brothers, Isaac Dow Poling, Arthur Stuart “Buck” Poling and Johnny Poling.

The family would like to extend a very heartfelt Thank You to; Carol and Tommy Workman, Virgil and Roxanne Tacy, George and Carla Austin for everything they did for Elaine (Aunt Peppy), she appreciated it dearly and we did also.
