Matthew J. Queen, 35 of Long Run Community in Flemington, passed away Friday, July 25, 2025. He was born January 10, 1990 in Clarksburg, son of the late Lisa Collins Queen and is survived by his dad, Wayne E. Queen. Matt is survived by his wife, Amber Harvey Queen and step- mother, La Donna Queen.
Matt graduated from Grafton High School, Class of 2008. He worked in construction and was known as a Jack of All Trades. Matt especially enjoyed working on his vehicles. An avid outdoorsman, he liked hunting, fishing, and spending time in nature. Above all, he cherished the moments shared with his family and friends.
In addition to his wife and step-mother Matt is survived by, two children Landon Queen and Alaina Queen; three sisters, Jasmine Winters (Clinton), Tessie Queen (Charles), and Dezarea Queen; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In addition to his mother, Matt is preceded in death by his grandmother, Marie Queen.
Family and friends will be received at Bartlett Funeral Home, 202 McGraw Ave. Grafton on Tuesday, July 29, 2025 from3:00PM until 6:00PM the hour of the funeral. with Pastor Brady Mayle officiating .Online condolences can be sent to the family at www.bartlettfuneralhomewv.com.
