Lisa Marie Queen

Lisa Marie Queen Born May 6, 1968 passed away April 10, 2023 surrounded by her loved ones. She is survived by 5 children; Jasmine (husband Clinton), Tessie (significant other Charlie), Matthew (wife Amber), Dezarea (fiancée Joseph), & Jennifer (husband Bill), - 12 grandchildren; Benjamin, Savanna, Aubrie, Kamar, Kamariyah, Samiya, Landon, Alaina, Joey, Abby, Alex, & Austin. - 3 brothers; Paul, John, & Pat along with several nieces and nephews. Proceeded in death by her parents, 2 brothers, her sister Sharon, & her nephew Dustin. 

Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her family and friends. She loved crafting with her grandkids, playing cards/board games with her family, and listening to music. She was the best mother, mammy, sister, aunt, and friend anyone could’ve ever asked for. She would do anything to put a smile on their faces or to hear them laugh. She made a positive impact on everyone’s life.

Lisa was the most beautiful, caring person in the world with a heart of gold. She never met a stranger she didn’t like and always wore her heart on her sleeve. She’d give you the shirt off her back and the last dollar in her pocket. Those who knew her, knew family was everything to her. Anyone who ever met her, loved her instantly because of her warm heart and bubbly personality.

We, the family, are eternally grateful to Hospice. They went above and beyond for us. Without them, we wouldn’t have been able to bring mom home with us for as long as we did. We will cherish those final moments forever.
