Larry Bernard Larew, 80 years old of Valley Falls Road in Grafton passed peacefully into the arms of Jesus on November 3, 2022. He was born in Baltimore, Maryland on August 17, 1942, the eldest son of Bernie and Helen Larew who preceded him in death.
He retired from PCA box manufacturing company with 42 years of service.
Larry is survived by his wife of 37 years, Gloria L. Larew and four children, Larry (Shannon) Larew of Morgantown, Lorne (Kelley) Larew, Jamie (Bob) Brewer and Jeanette Larew, and son-in-law Jeff Isner all of Grafton. His eldest daughter Linda Morasco Isner preceded him in death.
Larry is survived by his grandchildren: Hannah, Logan, Cole, Xander, Ruby, Destiny, Spencer, and Sophia.
Also surviving are his sister, Carolyn (Jeff) Bolyard, and brothers Ronald (Margaret) Larew, and Dave (Pam) Larew, all of Grafton, brother in-law Jon (Angie) LoveJoy, sisters-in-law Jennifer (Joe) Recktenwald and Jill (Jason) Eskridge along with several loving cousins, nieces and nephews. Larry will be greatly missed by his family and friends including Justin Newlon whom he loved like a son.
We would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to the staff of WV Caring Hospice who have so kindly cared for Larry for the past two months. Larry donated his body to the human gift registry at West Virginia University so there will be no viewing or funeral. A celebration of life will be held in the Spring.
