Kimberlea Jo (Weaver) Dean

Kimberlea Jo Dean (Weaver) 66 of Grafton, WV formerly of St. Marys, WV passed away Tuesday, August 15, 2023 peacefully at her home surrounded by her loved ones. Kimberlea was the daughter of the late Treva Williams. Kimberlea was a 1975 graduate of Grafton High School. She is survived by one daughter, Lynsey (Dean) Mumaw and husband Shane of Grafton; one granddaughter, Samantha (West) Fenton of Watertown, NY; one great granddaughter, Hadlea June Fenton, Evans Mills, NY; sister, Sue Barcus (Jim) of Richmond,VA; brother, Chuck Williams (Tammy), sister-in-law, Dena Williams all of Grafton; her cousin Shelley Nestor (Dennis), Spring Branch, TX; her best friends, Kay and Tom Leggett of Harrisville, Linda Moran and Dave Baughman of Grafton, as well as several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. In addition to her mother, Kimberlea was preceded in death by her beautiful granddaughter Natalea Mumaw on April 16, 2023, her brother, Joseph Williams on July 3, 2023 and the love of her life Roger Dean on June 6, 2020. Kimberlea worked as a waitress at the B&O Restaurant in Grafton before marrying in 1979 and moving to St. Marys. Her true love was being a mother, Nanny and a Noonie. She enjoyed the peacefulness of the hill, trips to the beach, making wreaths, flower arrangements for the family cemetery as well as working on her little farm. Kimberlea was strong in her beliefs and faith and her family and friends meant everything to her. She was the rock and strength to all who loved her. Family will receive friends at Bartlett Funeral Home, 202 McGraw Ave, Grafton on August 19, 2023 from11:00 AM until the time of the funeral service at 3:00 PM with Carl Bartlett presiding. Interment will follow at Harmony Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, then to follow, at Kimberlea’s request, a get together on her hill, to celebrate her life with laughter and memories of the blessed life she lived.
