Karen Sue (Poling) Swick

Karen Sue Poling Swick 62, of Grafton passed away on Saturday, September 10, 2022 at United Hospital Center. She was born February 8, 1960, in Grafton, daughter of the late Lester “Bud” Poling and Martha Mary Boyles Poling.

Karen graduated from Grafton High School. She liked chit chatting on the phone, baking, shopping on QVC, playing bingo and watching tv. She enjoyed her dog Chloe who was her very special furry companion. Karen loved being with her family and friends and making special memories with each of them.

In addition to her mother Karen is survived by three brothers, Bradley and Kerra Poling, James “Jim” and Pam Poling and David Poling all from Grafton, and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her father Karen is preceded in death by her sister, Carla Jo Poling.

Karen’s family wants to thank Junior Minard, her caregiver for his kindness, care and support he showed Karen.

Visitation for family and friends will be Wednesday, September 14, 2022 from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM the hour of the funeral with Pastor Jimmy Johnson officiating. Interment will follow at Woodsdale Memorial Park.
