Jessie Kay Jenkins, 69, of Wendel Community passed away on Tuesday, July 22, 2025 at her home with her family by her side. She was born February 12, 1956 in Grafton, daughter of the late Blair and Dorothy Boggess Mullan. Her husband Jimmy Jenkins, preceded her in death.
Jessie worked for many years as a packer at a meat packing plant in Ohio. Later, she found joy in being a homemaker, where she enjoyed doing word search puzzles and playing cards. Jessie treasured time spent with her family and friends, cherishing every moment she shared with them.
Jessie is survived by two sons, Clifford Ray Mullan, Jerry Wayne Boggess, three grandchildren, Kyra Lynn, Kylee Elizabeth (Jordan), Logan, four great grandchildren, Violet Faye, Lennon, Brantley, and Ryder; three sisters, Joyce Fay Clark, Sheila Seese (Bob), and Monica McNemar; two brothers, Warren Mullan, and Roy Mullan.
In addition to her parents and husband, Jessie was preceded in death by, three brothers, Clifford Mullan, Kevin Mullan, and Randall Mullan; three sisters, Barbara Lamach, Donna Helmick, and Leslie Moats.
