Jerry Lee Koton

Jerry Lee Koton, 73 of Grafton passed away on Wednesday, July 24, 2024 at his home. He was born on February 10, 1951 in Grafton, son of the late Alex and Betty Howell Koton. Jerry is survived by his wife, Debra Knotts Koton. They were married August 27, 1972, spending fifty-three years together.

Jerry was self-employed as a construction worker doing small and large construction jobs. He liked being in the outdoors rather he was working, hunting for squirrels and that big buck or relaxing by a stream fishing. He enjoyed being with his family and friends, helping them out whenever he could by doing small projects or just enjoying a good meal while spending time together. His grandchildren were his greatest joy.

In addition to his wife, Jerry is survived by two daughters, Deana Marks (Kelly), and Jennifer Baker (Nick); three grandchildren, Isabella, Jerry and True; three sisters, Dorothy Gray, Shirley Freeze, and Carolyn Bolyard; one brother, Frank Junior Koton.

In addition to his parents Jerry is preceded in death by one granddaughter Summer Fisher.
