Janet Elaine Dickey

It is with deep love and sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Janet Elaine Dickey, 87, of Grafton, West Virginia. She went home to be with our Heavenly Father on April 16, 2026, at her home in Grafton. Janet was born October, 14, 1938, the daughter of the late Virgil and Helen Knotts Withers.
Janet devoted her life to God, family, and service to others. She was a graduate of Grafton High School, Class of 1956, went on to get her nursing degree and worked as a RN at Mon General. A woman of unwavering faith, who was a living example of grace, kindness, and selflessness. She found her greatest joy in serving others and caring for her family. She was the proud and loving mother of seven children and a doting grandmother to 13 grandkids. Her family was her greatest treasure, and she poured her heart into raising, guiding, and supporting them through every season of their lives.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Charles Dickey, and granddaughter Taylor Dickey.
Her memory will live on in the hearts of her children, Mike, Linda, Greg, Mark, Randy, Kelly, Jonathan, their spouses, 13 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren.
Her life was a blessing, her memory a treasure, and her love will remain with us always.
