Eula Pauline Nestor, Age 93 of Grafton went to be with the Lord on Monday, August 15, 2022 at 11:25pm with her family’s love & support.
She was born on July 7, 1929 in St. George, WV and was the daughter of the late Delbert & Dona Williams. She married her loving husband Paul Nestor in 1947 and he preceded her in death after 65 years of marriage.
Eula graduated from Grafton High School in 1946. She worked as an Operator and a Service Rep for C&P Telephone Co in Grafton, WV and Southern Bell in Louisville, KY between 1947 – 1953. After raising her family, she worked for Home Interiors & Gifts for 28 years before retiring.
Eula loved the Lord and lived her life as a Christian. She attended Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church for the past 62 years. Eula loved to cook & bake. Her family’s favorite was her Graham Cracker Cream Pie. She was a member of the Grafton Women’s Club and the Eastern Star Naomi Chapter 12. She also loved to bowl & golf. She was a member at the Tygart Lake Golf Course and the Ladies Mountaineer League for many years.
She is survived by her Son, Michael (Mike) Nestor and wife Darlene of Grafton, WV; her Daughter Judy Hardy and husband Huntley of Nutter Fort, WV; 2 Grandsons – Chris Nestor and wife Stephanie of Baden, PA; Todd Nestor & wife Christina of Vienna, WV; 2 Granddaughters – Angie Cadier of Myrtle Beach, SC; Ashley Nestor of Grafton, WV; 8 Great-Grandchildren & 1 Great, Great Grandchild; 1 Sister - Annetta Millington & husband Don of Bourbon, IN; 2 Sisters-in-law - Erma Williams of Ocala, FL and Louise Williams of Warner Robins, GA; 1 Brother – Larry Courtney of Morgantown, WV; 2 brothers-in-law Arnold Wilson of Fremont, OH and Bill Nestor and wife Evie of Montgomery, AL.
In addition to her parents & husband, she was preceded in death by 3 brothers – Hayward, Donald & Samuel Williams and 3 sisters – Geraldine Martin, Mildred & husband Harvey Johns and Lucile Wilson.
Family & Friends will be received at Bartlett’s Funeral Home, 202 McGraw Ave in Grafton. Visitation will be Thursday, August 18, 2022, from 3-7PM Funeral service will be Friday, August 19, 2022 at 10:00AM with Pastor Judy Flynn officiating. Interment will be at the WV National Cemetery.
