Esta Alice Boggess

Esta Alice Boggess, 84, of Wendel, WV passed away on Tuesday, July 11, 2023, at her home with her loving family by her side. She was born February 18, 1939 in Flemington a daughter of the late Lewis and Naomi Riffle Marks. Esta was preceded in death by her husband Tom Boggess.  She is survived by her companion Warren Mullan, Flemington.

Esta was a graduate of Flemington High School.  She was homemaker and was always working to help others. Esta enjoyed being outdoors, working in the garden, sharing her produce and canning. She really did like going to yard sales and finding unique treasures. Esta loved the time she spent with her family and friends and will be greatly missed by each of them and all who knew her.

Esta is survived by three children, Donald Boggess, Leroy Boggess, and Tammy Cleavenger, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, one brother, Arnold Marks, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to her parents and husband Esta was preceded in death by one daughter, Frankie Charlene Knotts, and nine sisters and brothers.

Family and friends will be received at Bartlett Funeral Home, 202 McGraw Ave., Grafton on Friday, July 14, 2023 from 10:00AM until 1:00PM the hour of the funeral with Pastor Gary Devart officiating.
