Elizabeth "Libby" Lillian Vineece Napier-Dixon

Elizabeth “Libby” Lillian Vineece Napier-Dixon, 55 of Grafton passed on Monday, January 8, 2024 at Grafton City Hospital.  She was born December 28, 1968 in Indianapolis, IN, daughter of the late Virgil Roy Napier and Peggy Louise Uffman. Libby was a medical coder for the State of Montana. She enjoyed reading and collecting precious moments.  She is survived by two children, Kenneth Napier and wife Angel, Heather Dixon, all of Montana; six grandchildren; one sister, Flossie Napier and husband Patrick Collins, Morgantown; best friend, Sonya Shorter. Bartlett Funeral Home and Crematory is handling the cremation and honored to serve the Napier-Dixon family.
