Donna Kaye (Miller) Mayle

Donna Kaye Mayle, 65 of West Hill was greeted by Angels welcoming her into the Gates of Heaven on Monday September 27, 2021 with her loving family by her side. She was born October 16, 1955 in Montgomery, WV, daughter of late Helen Virginia Manley Miller, and is survived by her dad, Carroll Gene Miller and step-mother, Annette Miller. The love of her life was Lonnie Mayle, they spent over forty-eight years together, united in marriage on May 19, 1973.

Donna was a member of the West Hill Wesleyan Methodist Church. She loved to cooking and baking for her family and friends. Her door was always open so they could be together to tell stories and just enjoy each other, most of the time with a great meal. She was a woman that served the Lord with her every action and she had a caring and loving heart. She considered her family her greatest blessings and enjoyed all the time she spent with each of them especially her grandchildren. Donna loved sharing secrets and spending time with each of her grandchildren and counted each memory they made and shared together as a treasure. She touched the lives of many families as a caregiver for over twenty years.

In addition to her father, husband, Donna is survived by one daughter, Sarah Mayle;  three sons, Lennie Mayle,  Timmy Mayle, and Jeremy Mayle (Jami);  six grandchildren, Tyler, Devin, Kenzie, Ally, Austin, Carrington; two sisters, Sherry Sherron (Charles), Karen Jodon (George); two brothers, Curt Miller (Tonia), Steve Miller (Rebecca); sister-in-law, Beth Miller; several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her mother, Donna was preceded in death by her brother, Rick Miller.

Friends may call at Bartlett Funeral Home, Grafton, on Friday, October 1, 2021 from 1-8 PM. Funeral services will be conducted at the West Hill Wesleyan Church on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at 11:00AM with Pastor Tom Blake and Pastor Paul Mullen officiating. Donna will lie in repose at the church two hours prior to the service. Interment will follow at the West Hill Cemetery.
