Donald "Donnie" Lee Roy Jr

Donald Lee “Donnie” Roy, Jr., 64 passed away Wednesday, October 4, 2023 in Cumberland, MD. He was born March 9, 1959 in Grafton, son of the late Donald Lee Roy, Sr. and is survived by his mom, Barbara Edwards Smith of Grafton.

Donnie worked construction and enjoyed raising white birds as a hobby. He liked being outdoors, going camping, working with his flowers and being with his family.

In addition to his mother, He is survived by two children, Mindy Marie Roy and Christopher Lee Roy; several grandchildren; two sisters, Sandra Knotts,  Barbara Simons and George, Grafton; half-sister, Mary Riley; several aunts, uncles,  nieces, nephews and cousins.

A graveside service will be held at Bluemont Cemetery with date and time to be announced. Bartlett Funeral Home is handling the cremation and honored to serve the Roy family. Online condolences can be made at www.bartlettfuneralhomewv.com.
