Donald Thomas Boggess

Donald Thomas Boggess, 68 of Flemington, WV.  passed away on Thursday, May 14, 2026 at Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown. He was born May 5, 1958 in Clarksburg, WV, son of the late Tom and Esta Alice Marks Boggess. Donald is survived by his step-father, Warren Mullan.

Donald was a proud graduate of Flemington High School who found his greatest peace in the outdoors. Whether standing quietly along his favorite streams with a fishing pole in hand or embracing the thrill and challenge of hunting, nature was where he felt most at home. He truly loved life, treasured the simple moments, and never met a stranger. Donald’s warm spirit and genuine love for people left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him.

Donald is survived by four brothers, Leroy Boggess, Bob Boggess (Veronica), Danny Boggess, and Jerry Boggess; three sisters, Tammy Cleavenger (Ermest), Janet Short, and Shirley Greathouse.

Donald was preceded in death by one sister, Frankie Charlene Knotts.
