Diane Gregg Obituary

Diane Gregg, 62, of Fairmont, formerly of Moatsville, passed away at her home with her loving family by her side on Tuesday, July 26, 2022 after a brief battle with cancer. She was born in Pittsburgh, PA, on December 14, 1959, daughter of the late Joseph and Gloria Summers Brunner. Diane is survived by her husband LeRoy “Butch” Gregg. They were married on October 1, 1983, spending over thirty-eight wonderful years together.

Diane was a homemaker and later obtained her real estate appraisal license and becoming the owner of Gregg Appraisals. She was a faithful member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Grafton. Children’s ministries were her passion. She served as the Children’s Ministries Director for the Mountain View Conference of Seventh- day Adventist, helping parents and churches introduce and lead children to Jesus.  Her gift and heart for children will never be outdone.  She thrived on being around others, was always full of laughter, and found joy in hosting and serving others. Diane’s favorite place to be was relaxing at the ocean and walking on the beach collecting shells. She loved her family unconditionally and was very proud of them.  She cherished spending time with each of them, especially her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

In addition to her husband, Diane is survived by six children: Derek Gregg (Misty), CA, Jessica Manantan, Bridgeport, Anita Jones (Darryl), Huntington, Sara Burner (Kevin), Fairmont, Jonathan Gregg (Hannah), Morgantown, and Hannah Gregg, NY; two wonderful step daughters, Carmen Traitor (Patrick) NC, and Melanie Gregg, AL; eleven grandchildren, Morgan, Skylar, Cameron, Jaeda, Torin, Landen, Amira, Leia, Haven, Maddex, and Zephaniah. She was the thirteenth of fourteen children with ten surviving her and many nieces and nephews.
