Dawn Wright, 62 of Grafton, passed away on Saturday, July 4, 2026 at her residence with her family by her side. She was born in Baltimore, Maryland on March 4, 1964, daughter of the late Wayne Wright and Mary Wright, née Burress.
Dawn devoted many years of her life to the home health care field, where her compassionate heart and gentle spirit touched the lives of so many. Caring for others was never simply a profession to Dawn—it was who she was. Whether she was helping someone through her work or opening her heart to those in need, she gave of herself freely and selflessly.
She found joy in life's simple blessings, often spending peaceful hours sitting on her porch enjoying the beauty and quiet sounds of nature. Dawn treasured the time she spent with her family and friends and could always be counted on for a comforting word, a helping hand, or unwavering support whenever someone needed her.
Above all, Dawn's greatest love was her family. They were the center of her world, and the love, kindness, and devotion she shared with them will remain a lasting legacy, forever treasured by those who were blessed to know her.
Dawn is survived by one daughter, Amber Ernstberger (Joseph); three sons, Joseph Clark Jr., Joshua Clark and Tyler Asch (Aelizabeth); eight grandchildren, Jayden Clark, Brayden Clark, Abigale Ernstberger, Isabella Clark, Vada Clark, Kora Asch, Camden Asch, and Kassidy Asch; one brother, Ralph Sliger (Debbie); three sisters, Virginia Blackowicz (Ron), Denise Arnold (Brian), Pamela Sparks (Lawrence ); numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and close friends.
Family and friends may call at Bartlett Funeral Home, 202 McGraw Ave., Grafton on Saturday, July 11, 2026 from 1:00PM until 3:00PM the hour of the funeral with Pastor Jimmy Johnson officiating.
