Connie Sue (Mayle) Weaver

Connie Sue Weaver, 70 of Knottsville, passed away on Monday, December 21, 2020 at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, Connie was born in Clemtown, December 26, 1949, daughter of the late Junior and Sylvia Dalton Mayle. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ernest Leon “Ernie” Weaver, September 30, 2016. She graduated from Grafton High School, Class of 1968. Connie retired with thirty years of service from Rexhide in Grafton. She was a member of the West Hill Wesley Methodist Church. Connie enjoyed cooking and baking and sharing it with her family and many friends. She loved her family and treasured them as her blessings. Connie was a woman of strong faith and shared her compassion and strength will all who knew her. Connie is survived by two children, Sheryl Lynn Mayle and husband Franklin R. Mayle, Jr. and Joshua Leon “Josh” Weaver and wife Tabitha, both of Grafton; four grandchildren, Kali  Jade Mayle,  Taylor Nicole Mayle Garrett and husband Kory, Wyatt Wade Weaver, Chloe Brielle Weaver; one sister, Betty Jo Hosey and husband Clyde , Grafton,  and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one brother, Danny Lee Mayle, Sr., one sister Alice Mayle. Friends may call at Bartlett Funeral Home 202 McGraw Ave. Grafton, on Saturday, December 26 ,2020 from 12:00 Noon to 6:00 PM with face masks and proper distancing required. Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 Noon at the West Hill Wesleyan Methodist Church with Pastor Paul Mullen and Pastor Mark Miller officiating. Connie will lie in repose at the West Hill Church from 10:00AM till time of the funeral service at 12:00 Noon. Interment will follow at the Pritchard Cemetery.
