1938 - 2021

Clara June Gerard 82, of Grafton, passed away on Saturday March 13, 2021 at her residence with her closest family by her side. She was born June 2, 1938, the daughter of the late Andrew (Andy) and Blanche Bussett Takacs. Clara was the wife of the late Samuel Joseph Gerard Jr who was the love of her life. She taught in Pasco County, Florida and in Taylor County Schools. She loved teaching her students while preparing them for the future. She enjoyed cooking, sewing and being on her farm. She enjoyed sitting on the porch listening to the birds, watching the livestock and wildlife. Clara loved her family and all the time she spent with them, her family and friends were her greatest joys and making memories with them was what she enjoyed most in life.

We are sorry to learn about your Mom.  Ken and I are thinking about you and your family as you say Goodbye.  An Irish blessing:  "Death leaves a heartache no once can heal; Love leaves a memory no one can steal."
