Cheryl Lynn Trusler, 68, of Grafton, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 7, 2025, at United Hospital Center. She was born on November 12, 1956, in Clarksburg, the daughter of the late William Eugene and Sharon Shroyer Trusler.
Cheryl graduated from Liberty High School, Class of 1975 and worked in the maintenance department at Hope Gas for many years. Cheryl spent more than twenty-four wonderful years surrounded by the care and companionship of her devoted caregivers, Regina and Arty Spring, and Brenda Luzadder, who became like family to her. She found joy in life’s simple moments—sitting on the porch watching the birds, listening to the gentle sounds of nature, and taking in the world around her with a quiet appreciation. Cheryl also loved spending time playing Bingo and Rummy, sharing laughter and lighthearted moments with those she loved.
In keeping with Cheryl’s wishes, she will be cremated and no services will be held.
