Charlene Geiger

Charlene Geiger, 64 of Bridgeport, passed away Tuesday, October 22, 2024 at the Taylor Health Care Center in Grafton. She was born in Clarksburg, March 26, 1960, daughter of the late John and Carol Shaffer McKinney.

Charlene was a graduate of Flemington High School, Class of 1978. She worked in accounting or book keeping departments at various businesses during her career. Charlene was last employed at Davis Lynch Glass Factory as a book keeper. She made friends every where she worked and considered them as her work family. Charlene enjoyed traveling, site seeing, being at the beach and shopping. She loved the times she spent with her family and especially the time spent with her son and granddaughters. Charlene always thought of others first and treasured her family and friends.

Charlene is survived by her husband, Patrick J. Geiger; one son, Jason Geiger; two granddaughters, Marley Ann Geiger, Philippi and Layla Grace Geiger of Bridgeport, two sisters, Diana K Oswald, Boothsville, and Sherri Brake (Jeff Kiger), Bridgeport; one brother, John McKinney Jr (Debbie), Grafton; and several nieces and nephews.
