Carolyn B. Fowler,79 of Grafton and currently of Parkersburg where she made her home with her daughter over the last few years, passed away on Saturday, August 21, 2021 at Camden Clark Medical Center, Parkersburg. She was born in Grafton on April 18, 1942, daughter of the late Wilson Davison and Roxie St. Clair Fowler.
She graduated from Grafton High School, Class of 1960 and retired from the Taylor County Clerk’s Office. She was manager at an apartment building in NC. Carolyn was a member of the Order of Eastern Star OES #12 Grafton. She attended the First Christian Church. Carolyn enjoyed being with her family, eating sweets, watching TV and loved being with her faithful dog, Pipi.
Carolyn is survived by two daughters, Ronda Brown, Charlotte NC, and Tonda McDaniel (Roger) Parkersburg; four grandchildren, Meraia McDaniel, Chandler McDaniel (companion Alek) both of Parkersburg, Ashley Brown and Joey Brown (fiance’ Mariah) both of Charlotte, NC; one great grandson, Noah Brown; one sister, Nancy Virginia Fowler, Grafton.

Interment will follow at the Simpson Cemetery.
