Carol Jean Hildebrandt

Carol Jean Hildebrandt, 74 of Warren, Michigan, passed away on Thursday, July 9, 2026 at United Hospital Center, Bridgeport, WV., She was born in Detroit, Michigan on August 2, 1951, daughter of the late Harry and Audrey Medley Hildebrandt. Carol is survived by her husband, Philip Senchuk.

 Carol will be remembered as one of the kindest and most compassionate people anyone could have the privilege of knowing. She devoted more than twenty years of her life to caring for others as a nurses' aide, a profession that perfectly reflected her gentle heart and selfless spirit. She also worked as a Greeter at Myers Department Store, where she enjoyed meeting people and serving her community with the same warmth and kindness.

Carol found joy in life's simple pleasures. She had a special love for animals, especially her beloved cats, dogs, and birds. She looked forward to vacations, enjoyed relaxing while watching her favorite television series, and found happiness in the quiet moments that made life meaningful.

Above all else, Carol's greatest treasure was her family. She found her greatest purpose in caring for her daughter and cherished every moment spent with her son, her grandchildren, her brother, and her sister-in-law. The love she shared so freely, her compassionate heart, and the beautiful memories she created with those she loved will remain in their hearts forever.

In addition to her husband Carol is survived by one son, Morris Ramonat and Jennifer Ramonat; one daughter, Tammy Ramonat; three grandchildren, Alexia, Cameron, and Cella; and one brother, Curtis Hildebrandt (Sheila).

A Celebration of Life will be held at Bartlett Funeral Home, 202 McGraw Ave., Grafton on Friday, July 17, 2026 from 3:00PM until 5:00PM the hour of the service with Pastor Todd Jarman officiating.
