Bonny Marlene Spicer

Bonny Marlene Spicer, 65 of Grafton, passed away Wednesday, October 4, 2023 at United Hospital Center, Bridgeport, with her loving family by her side. She was born June 26, 1958 in Detroit MI, daughter of the late Cleadith Elton and Donna Dean Tyler Riffle. Bonny was preceded in death by her husband, Christopher Keith Spicer on October 15, 2021.

Bonny worked over twenty years at Walmart, where she made lots of friends who became like family to her. She liked to do crafts and share them with her family and friends. Bonny enjoyed traveling, shopping and just being in the outdoors. She loved spending time with her friends and family making memories with each of them especially her grandsons. Bonny’s family was her greatest joy.

Bonny is survived by one daughter, Cassie Spicer (Chris); two precious grandsons, Dakota Spicer and Braxton Poling; one sister, Shelia D. Hildebrandt (Curtis); a special adopted daughter, Crystal Kite; and a special adopted granddaughter, Kenzie Kite; numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, Bonny is preceded in death by one sister, Margaret (Ruth) Riffle.

Family and friends will be received at Bartlett Funeral Home, 202 McGraw Ave. Grafton on Monday, October 9, 2023 from 4PM until 6PM the hour of the funeral with Pastor Jimmy Johnson officiating.
