Barbara "Barb" Ann (Stewart) Shaw

Barbara Ann Shaw, 73 of Bridgeport formerly of Grafton passed away Thursday, July 27, 2023 at the Bridgeport Health Care Center. She was born in Morgantown on July 5,1950, daughter of the late George and Edna Shahan Stewart. Barb is survived by her husband George Shaw whom she married on August 23, 1968 spending more than fifty-four years together.

Barb was a graduate of the Fellowsville High School, Class of 1968. She worked over fifteen years at Rex-Hide. Barb was a member of the Parkview Church of the Nazarene. She loved the time she spent with family and friends making special memories.

In addition to her husband Barb is survived by one son, Jeremy Shaw of Grafton, three grandchildren; Jaylon, Jenny, and Braylon, two brothers; Kenny Stewart (Alice), and Bill Stewart both of Grafton, a special niece Amanda Stewart of Grafton, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In addition to her parents Barb is preceded in death by one son; Brian Shaw.

Family and friends will be received at Bartlett Funeral Home, 202 McGraw Ave., Grafton, on Sunday, July 30, 2023 from 12:00 PM until 5:00 PM and on Monday, July 31, 2023 from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM the hour of the funeral with Pastor Michael Delligatti officiating.
