Barbara Elaine (Peters) Willis

Barbara Elaine Willis, 82 of Halleck Road, Morgantown, WV (formerly of Pleasant Creek Community) passed away Friday, September 15, 2023 at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital.

She was born October 11, 1940 in Grafton, daughter of the late John Walton Peters and Frances Lucille Ridenour Peters Hoffman.
Barbara took care of people as a home health aide for several years. She was an online DJ and modeling with Avatar’s.

Barbara is survived by her three children, Steven “Steve” Leonard and Rhonda, Pittsburgh, PA, Sandra E Scott, Jefferson Hills, PA, Ethan Leonard, Pittsburgh, PA; five grandchildren, Stephanie and Brian, Zach and Tiffany, Rebecca and Chris, Rachael, and Benjamin; eighteen great grandchildren; brother, John R Peters and Mary, Grafton; several nieces and nephews.  

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Francis “Frank” Willis on March 21, 2017.

Family and friends will be received at Bartlett Funeral Home 202 McGraw Ave., Grafton on Saturday, September 30, 2023 from 11:00AM until the time of the Celebration of Life Service at 1:00PM with Pastor Josh Tancordo officiating.
