Ann Marie Stemple

"My Way"- Ann Marie (Wilson) Stemple, 74 of Grafton passed away peacefully, Thursday June 1, 2023. I was born at John Hopkins in Baltimore, Md. Moved to West Virginia in 1974, 3 times I have called WV my home since 1974. Daughter of the late Howard M. Wilson, Sr. and Elizabeth E. (Betty Funk) Wilson.

Ann had three sons with the late Anthony “Big Tony” Stemple, Sr: Anthony “Little Tony” Jr. and Sandra “Weedle” (Megan (Aaron), Kristen, (Jacob) and Ethan), Shane “AKA Shane-O’ and Melissa ‘Sis” (Zach (Sydney) and Brett), and Rodney (Ty, Curtis, Jesse (Sierra)).

I have two siblings. The late Howard M. Wilson Jr. (Debbie) and Patricia (Pat) L. Phillips (Ralph).

Great and I mean “GREAT’ grandchildren; MyKenna, Tucker, Camden, Grady, Denton, Trey, Jurnee, Thatcher and Remy. I’m asking my village to watch over my babies.

I’ve got so many nieces and nephews, Wilson and Stemple. Love each and every one of them and I know they loved me. (Written by: Ann Stemple)

Ann is preceded in death by Kristen's husband Brandon Plum.

Ann enjoyed being with her family, decorating for EVERY holiday, bowling, gardening, canning, Elvis Presley & watching westerns (loved her John Wayne). A major part of her life was her “Golden Girls” & the friendship they shared; playing Yahtzee, cards & taking trips. Ann was Baptist by faith.
