Angeline “Angie” Palestine Smith, 59, of Paw Paw, WV formerly of Grafton passed away Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at her home. She was born in Niles, Ohio on December 21, 1964, daughter of the late David Paul and Beatrice “Patty” Wolverton Cox. Angie is survived by her husband Denny Lee Smith they were married on July 28, 1997 spending more than twenty-eight years together.
Angie was a very out going person who liked being in the sunshine and working in her flowers. Her favorite places to be were Cove Run and the beach. Angie would cook her favorite foods and share them with her family. She thought of her family as her greatest joy and enjoyed the time she spent with each of them.
Angie is survived by one daughter Tiffany Robinson; one son, Joshua S. Robinson (Kaitlin); one grandchild, Stella Pearl; one sister, Hiedi Cox; three brothers, David Paul Cox, Jr. (Mary), Walter F. Cox, and Timothy Paul Cox. She had three special Dachshund’s who she loved dearly; Huckleberry, Lady, and Buddy and her favorite horse, Puncho.
Family and friends will be received at Bartlett Funeral Home, 202 McGraw Ave., Grafton on Monday, May 13, 2024 from 11:00AM until 1:00PM the hour of the funeral with Pastor Jimmy Johnson officiating. Interment will follow at the Mt Morris Cemetery in Moatsville. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to her Care Fund on her memorial page.
