A beautiful light was extinguished too soon. Abby was like a daughter to me and a big sister to my daughters. We have happy memories of Abby and Aaron at our house. My heart is broken at the though that Abby is gone. She let her light shine all the time and always thought the best of everyone. She was the first to pray for the lost always believing God’s promises for reconciliation, transformation, and salvation. She was a true disciple, and I know heaven is rejoicing at her home going.

I was an academic advisor for Abby during one of her years as a student in Speech Pathology at WVU. I worked with her directly only a short time as I was retiring but I remember a lively, enthusiastic, young woman who was determined to meet the goal she set for herself. I remember an infectious laugh and a eager willingness to do what she needed to do. I am sure the world is a bit less bright without her light. My condolences to the family.
