William Michael "Billy" Waters

William Michael “Billy” Waters, 75, of Grafton passed away Sunday, August 18, 2019 at Grafton City Hospital. He was born in Grafton, April 23, 1944, a son of late Albert C. and Eileen Yates Waters.

Billy was a life member of the St. Augustine Catholic Church. He was a graduate of St. Augustine Catholic High School Class of 1962. Billy enjoyed   camping,   hunting, fishing, playing cards, and bird watching. He loved to watch WVU sports, a member of the VFW. Post 3081, B.P.O.E., Elks 308, and he loved life and being around his many friends.

 Billy is survived by one brother, Thomas D. Waters, Grafton; one sister, Mary Alice Fisher, Belvidere, NJ; two sisters-in- law, Debbie Young and Rose Marie Waters both of Grafton, numerous, nieces, nephews, and many friends.

In addition to his parents, Billy was preceded in death by two sisters, Sarah Myers and Patricia Waters; four brothers, Robert Waters, Charles Waters, Albert Waters, and John Waters.

Friends may call at Bartlett Funeral Home, 202 McGraw Ave. Grafton, on   Thursday, August 22, 2019 from 4-8PM. A  Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00AM   Friday, August 23, 2019 at the St. Augustine Catholic Church with Father Binu Sebastian officiating. Interment will follow at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
