Victor Ray Ellis

Victor Ray Ellis, 74 of Lockeford, CA, passed away July 21, 2018 at Home Away from Home Assisted Living Facility in Grafton, WV following his battle with Parkinson’s. He was born September 24, 1943 in Harrison AR, son of the late Garland and Nova Young Ellis.  He grew up in Stockton, CA. He served our country in the United States Navy and retired as a Sergeant from the San Joaquin County Sherriff’s Department.  He is survived by his wife of thirty eight years, Jo Spence Ellis, Lockeford, CA; one sister Deanna DiBartolomeo; niece, Lisa, and nephew, David and wife Kristin and children, Anthony and John, all of Morgantown, WV and many cousins in AR and MO;  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Dr. Anthony DiBartolomeo.  Cremation services were provided by Bartlett Funeral Home and Cremation.  Online condolences can be made at www.bartlettfuneralhomewv.com.
